TC UNBOXED COMPETITION TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Eligibility
The competition is open exclusively to registered and active Table Charm Business Builders, Managers and Distributors residing in South Africa, Lesotho, Botswana and recognised border regions.
2. Entry Requirements
To enter, participants must submit their name, surname, valid Table Charm Reference Number (TC Ref) and contact number via the official competition entry form on campaign.tcdirect.co.za.
3. Valid Entries
Only entries submitted through campaign.tcdirect.co.za will be considered valid. Comments, guesses or submissions made on Table Charm social media posts or any other platforms will not qualify as official entries.
4. Weekly Clues & Selection of Winners
A new mystery bundle will be featured each week, with clues released throughout the week. The first eligible participant to correctly identify the mystery bundle, as recorded through the official campaign entry platform, will be declared the weekly winner.
Table Charm reserves the right to verify all winning entries and confirm that the participant meets all eligibility requirements before awarding the prize.
5. Prizes
A prize will be awarded to the eligible winner each week. Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative.
6. Prize Delivery
All weekly prizes will be delivered with the winner’s October 2026 order.
7. Winner Notification
Winners will be contacted using the contact details provided on their entry form. If a winner cannot be verified or does not meet the eligibility requirements, Table Charm reserves the right to select the next eligible correct entry.
8. Consent & Media Rights
By submitting an entry, participants consent to Table Charm using their name and competition submission across Table Charm’s social media platforms and other marketing materials for promotional purposes.
9. Personal Information
Personal information submitted for the competition will be used for the purposes of administering the competition, verifying entries, contacting winners and fulfilling prizes, in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
10. General
By entering the competition, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood and accepted these Terms and Conditions. Table Charm reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with these Terms and Conditions.
