TABLE CHARM SHESHA SUMMER COMPETITION

TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Competition Period

The Table Charm Shesha Summer Competition will run from 1 October 2026 to 31 October 2026.

Only entries submitted during the competition period will be considered. Entries received before or after these dates will not qualify.

2. Eligibility

The competition is open exclusively to registered and active Table Charm Business Builders, Managers and Distributors residing in South Africa, Lesotho, Botswana and recognised border regions.

Participants must have a valid and active Table Charm Reference Number (TC Ref) at the time of entry and when winners are verified.

3. How to Enter

To enter the Shesha Summer Competition, participants must:

  1. Take part in the applicable weekly Shesha Summer Challenge and create a video of their entry.

  2. Submit the video through the official competition website at campaign.tcdirect.co.za.

  3. Complete the official competition entry form and provide their name, surname, valid Table Charm Reference Number (TC Ref) and contact number.

Only entries submitted through campaign.tcdirect.co.za will be accepted. Videos posted or submitted directly to TC Direct’s Facebook, Instagram, TikTok or other social media platforms will not constitute a valid competition entry.

Participants may share their videos on their own social media platforms, but they must still submit the video through the official competition website to qualify.

4. Entry & Video Requirements

All submitted videos must be the participant’s own original creation and must relate to the relevant Shesha Summer weekly challenge.

Participants are encouraged to creatively incorporate TC Direct products into their videos. The number of relevant TC products featured will form part of the judging criteria. The more TC products appropriately and creatively featured in an entry, the stronger the entry may be considered during judging.

However, featuring a higher number of TC products does not automatically guarantee that an entry will win. Table Charm Direct will consider the complete entry against the judging criteria set out below.

Entries must not contain offensive, inappropriate, discriminatory, defamatory, unlawful or otherwise unsuitable content.

5. Winner Selection

A winning entry will be selected for each weekly challenge at the discretion of Table Charm Direct.

Entries may be evaluated based on factors including, but not limited to:

  • Creativity and originality;

  • Overall presentation and visual impact;

  • Relevance to the applicable weekly Shesha Summer Challenge;

  • Creative and appropriate use of TC Direct products; and

  • The number of relevant TC Direct products featured in the entry.

Table Charm Direct reserves the right to select the entry that it considers best meets the competition criteria. Featuring more TC products may improve an entrant’s chances during judging but does not guarantee selection as a winner.

The decision of Table Charm Direct will be final, and no correspondence regarding the judging decision will be entered into.

6. Prizes

Eligible participants stand a chance to win TC Vouchers and/or weekly hampers, depending on the prize allocated to the applicable weekly challenge.

Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable and may not be exchanged for cash or any other alternative.

Table Charm Direct reserves the right, where reasonably necessary, to substitute a prize with another prize of similar value.

7. Prize Delivery

Where the weekly prize is a physical hamper or product prize, the prize will be delivered with the winner’s November 2026 order, subject to successful verification of the winner.

Where the prize is a TC Voucher, the voucher may be issued once the winner’s eligibility and competition entry have been successfully verified.

Prize fulfilment is subject to the winner providing accurate information and successfully completing Table Charm Direct’s verification process.

8. Winner Notification & Verification

Winners will be contacted using the contact details supplied on the official competition entry form.

Before awarding a prize, Table Charm Direct reserves the right to verify the winner’s:

Name and surname; Table Charm Reference Number; active status; contact details; and compliance with these Terms & Conditions.

If a selected winner cannot be contacted, cannot be successfully verified, provides incorrect information, or does not meet the competition’s eligibility or entry requirements, Table Charm Direct reserves the right to disqualify that entry and select another eligible entry.

9. Consent & Media Rights

By submitting a competition entry, participants consent to Table Charm Direct using, reproducing and sharing their name, submitted video and competition entry for purposes related to the Shesha Summer campaign.

This may include publication across Table Charm Direct’s social media platforms, websites, digital channels and other promotional or marketing materials.

Where Table Charm Direct recreates or features a winning submission as part of the campaign, the original participant may also be acknowledged or featured.

10. Personal Information

Personal information collected through the competition will be used for purposes including:

Administering the competition, validating entries, verifying participant eligibility, contacting winners and fulfilling prizes.

Personal information will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection and privacy laws.

Participants are responsible for ensuring that the information submitted through the competition entry form is complete and accurate.

11. General Conditions

By entering the Table Charm Shesha Summer Competition, participants confirm that they have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

Table Charm Direct reserves the right to disqualify any participant or entry that does not comply with these Terms & Conditions, contains false or misleading information, or is reasonably suspected of fraudulent or inappropriate activity.

Table Charm Direct reserves the right to amend, suspend, postpone or cancel the competition where circumstances beyond its reasonable control make this necessary.

Participation in the competition does not guarantee that an entrant will receive a prize.

Table Charm Direct’s decision regarding eligibility, judging and the selection of winners will be final.

One point I would have your legal/compliance team confirm before publishing is the wording “recognised border regions”. It would be safer to define exactly which regions qualify so there is no ambiguity when verifying winners.
